DIVERSITY is an objective reality in the school population. It can be determined by different potential, skills, learning styles, interests, motivations, by the presence of disabilities, functional disorders or by an socio-economic, linguistic, religious, cultural, ethnic vulnerability etc..

Therefore, policies and educational programs offer must be diverse and tailored to individual characteristics, potential and development needs of each child, ensuring full participation of all students / preschoolers, to the maximum development potential of each.

• teacher formation, training and development from the perspective of diversity pedagogy
• pedagogical approach to diversity between mainstream and alternative education
• the role of multidisciplinary team and specific intervention services (psychological, psycho-pedagogical, medical, social)
